    Sessions 1–2

    The first sessions focus on helping your mind and nervous system settle. You’ll learn how to enter a relaxed, focused state while beginning to quiet the mental noise of stress, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm. This foundation helps the mind become more receptive to positive change.
