Welcome, I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or tired of carrying so much on your own, you are not alone.

Many of my clients come to this work feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally drained, or frustrated that despite their efforts, things still do not feel the way they want them to.

Sometimes they are struggling with anxiety, sleep, overthinking, habits, or stress.
Sometimes they simply know something needs to change.

That is often where the work begins.

My path to hypnotherapy was personal.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent years working in a high-pressure world supporting high-net-worth clients, where excellence was expected and the demands were relentless. On the outside, I looked driven, capable, and successful. Behind that image, I was pushing myself past healthy limits in an environment that normalized chronic stress and overextension.

Eventually, my body could no longer keep up with that pace.

My body and nervous system were asking for something different, even when my mind kept saying, just keep going.

That experience changed everything.

Hypnotherapy helped me find a different way forward.

Through this work, I learned that calm, clarity, and balance do not come from forcing more or pushing harder.

They come from learning how to listen inward, shift mental patterns, and respond to life in a healthier, more sustainable way.

Hypnotherapy gave me practical tools to change the way I related to stress, habits, and expectations. It helped me reconnect with myself in a way that felt calmer, clearer, and more grounded.

Today, I offer that same supportive space to others.

What It’s Like to Work Together

Sessions are personalized, supportive, and focused on what you need most in the moment.

Each session is designed to help you feel safe, clear, and gently guided toward change.

Together, we may:

  • Talk through what has been happening since your last session

  • Explore triggers, stressors, or patterns that have surfaced

  • Clarify your goals for the session

  • Identify the most important area to focus on

  • Move into the hypnotic portion of the session

  • Work with the subconscious patterns connected to your goals

  • Discuss what to notice or practice before the next session
